Maybe you are aware that our government is actively promoting good customer service attitude especially when we are positioned to be a global MICE hub. Hence, Singapore government has been pushing the GEMs campaign for the past 2 years.
My question is this, has the service standard improve in Singapore? Maybe we can take cue from Carrefour attitude in how they handle customer feedback. I receive an email from an graduates regarding this. Take note on the statement of “usual msg reply” used by Carrefour middle management.
