The Search for Top 10 Under Valued Listed Stock Investment in SG Begin…
Hurray! We had our first value investing mastermind group meeting on the 16 Dec 06 at Clive child care center and the following members turn up:
1. Wei Han (Research Team 1)
2. Leowell (Research Team 1)
3. Sean (Research Team 2)
4. Joanne (Research Team 3)
5. Clive (Research Team 2)
6. Ken (Research Team 3)

The meeting lasted for 3 hours and we have set basic activities for the group which focus on 3 things:
1. Basic introduction of self in term of professional and investing experience
2. Grouping into 3 teams for research on 50 good fundamental listed companies in SG. We will continue to narrow and screen down to lock in top 10 under valued companies for our investment. We will announce these campanies as time progress so subsrible to my blog as submit your name and email on the right nag bar to get the latest information. 
3. Monthly chapter review on investment principle based on “The Intelligent Investor”. We will post this up as our monthly meeting progress. We meet up at least once a month as a group apart from our individual research team meeting.

We are looking for people who must
1. Take own responsibility for own action,
2. Willing to contribute in term of time (once a month meeting and own team research and book review when assigned). Anyone who missed more than 3 meetings will be strike out automatically.
Our next meeting would be 6 Jan 2007, 2 pm at Clive child care center next to Novena Church. 3 things you need to do immediate,
1. Read the Investment Philosophy as drafted out by Clive http://www.ken-chee.com/2006/12/04/value-investing-mastermind-group/ and join us only if you agree to abide by it.
2. Will not reveal any research information until vertify and approved by Clive or me.
3. YOU MUST READ “The Intelligent Investor” (Start with this book first), “Common Stocks and Uncommon Profits” and “The Little Book on Value Investing”.
